Two weeks is comfortable for most groups. From May to September, weekends fill early, so book three to four weeks ahead for groups over 30. Last-minute requests are worth sending — call us and we'll check the floor.
Nothing is charged to get a quote. Once you approve it, groups under 30 riders pay in full on arrival or in advance by card. Groups over 30 pay a 25% deposit to hold the equipment, with the balance due on the day.
Yes. We invoice organizations directly and accept purchase orders. Send your billing details in the form and your coordinator will set it up.
Move your booking to another date at no cost, or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your start time. If the weather turns on the day itself, call us and we'll work it out.
Yes, every rider signs one. We email a digital waiver link once you confirm so your group signs on their phones before arriving — for riders under 18, a parent or guardian signs.
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, basket and Central Park route map at no extra cost. Helmets are required for riders under 14 by New York City law.
Buses can drop on West 56th Street directly outside the shop. Tell us your arrival time in the form and we'll have staff outside to meet the group and keep the sidewalk clear.
On self-guided rentals, yes — everyone has a map and a return time. On guided tours the group stays together, and for mixed-pace groups over 25 we can run two guides so faster and slower riders both enjoy it.
